Physical and/or aesthetic damages
The customer has 14 days after receiving the order to notify Lambert & Fils of any physical or aesthetic damage to a section or component. This notice must be accompanied by photos clearly demonstrating the damage. 
Additionally, the light fixture must be inspected by the customer before installation. If Lambert & fils is notified of physical or aesthetic damage more than 14 days after receipt of the order and/or after the installation of the light fixture, the warranty covering physical or aesthetic damage will be null and void.

Mechanical and/or technological breakage
The warranty covers any mechanical and/or technological breakage of a Lambert & Fils product for a period of 2 years from the day of receipt or pickup of the order. No other implied or explicit warranty, other than this one, will be considered by Lambert & fils in case of a defect notice. This warranty applies only to Lambert & fils components. The warranty excludes any damage resulting from an accident, misuse, faulty installation, abuse, or negligence.

Handling of defect notices
Upon receiving the defect notice, Lambert & Fils will assess the problem. If the defect is deemed eligible for warranty coverage, Lambert & Fils will take care of correcting the problem. If, after inspection, the defect is not deemed within its purview, Lambert & Fils reserves the right to charge repair and/or delivery fees to the customer.

Any abusive use and/or non-compliance with the installation manual provided by Lambert & Fils, as well as any improper electrical wiring, modification, or use of components other than those originally supplied by Lambert & Fils, will render this warranty null and void.
