The person who occupies this position participates in all the stages related to the production of Lambert & Fils’ luminaire collections. The first three months, they are supported by the training team to learn all the skills required to produce high-end design objects with care and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble the luminaires according to the best manufacturing practices for high-end objects and according to the required production schedule
• Organize and prepare the necessary material in the finishing of its assembly parts
• Ensure the electrical safety of the assemblies made
• Use portable tools such as a drill and a hand polisher
• Perform quality checks to ensure production meets our high quality standards
• Perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work space
• Pack the luminaires according to the high quality standards established by Lambert & Fils

Qualifications:

• Be comfortable in a manufacturing workshop environment where the use of basic tools is part of your everyday routine
• Possess manual dexterity and a sense of detail
• Thoroughness, attention to detail
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
• Punctuality

Requirements:

• Experience in a relevant field: 1-3 years
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or apprenticeship will be an asset
• Ability to use basic tools an asset
• Knowledge of the properties of metal and other materials an asset

Lambert & Fils is looking for a proactive and solution-oriented individual to
join our After-Sales Service team. At the heart of customer relations, this
person will play a key role in post-purchase satisfaction by ensuring
thorough follow-up on requests, facilitating communication between
internal departments, and actively contributing to a smooth, positive
customer experience aligned with Lambert & fils’ values.

Main responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, returns (RMA), and other post-sale questions.
• Organize and lead weekly material return meetings to ensure effective coordination between customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, production, logistics, finance, and technical
  support teams to quickly resolve customer issues and anticipate their
  needs.
• Manage multiple inboxes, prioritize customer requests, and ensure
  thorough follow-up until complete resolution.
• Plan and organize work efficiently, set priorities, and maintain a clear
  weekly task overview to ensure autonomous and proactive workflow
  management.
• Identify trends in customer requests and propose solutions to
  improve internal processes and the customer experience.
• Keep customer files and RMA reports up to date for accurate and
  documented tracking.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and
  English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure, with a
  strong sense of urgency to ensure customer retention.
• Strong customer service orientation and solution-focused mindset.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across different functions
  of the company.
• Highly organized and meticulous in managing files and follow-ups.
• + Experience in customer service, after-sales support (SAV), or
