Delivery Times
All lead times correspond to those shown in our price guide or on the product pages of our website. These lead times are estimates, and some orders may occasionally be delayed. Custom orders take sixteen weeks to complete. Lead times are calculated from the date full payment is received.
Any delays caused by unusual customs processing times are beyond our control. Please contact us at order@lambertetfils.com if you're having difficulty receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Shipping - United States
Carrier & delivery
Once the package has left our Montréal facility and is directed to the provided shipping address, the carrier is responsible for any delays or lost packages.
Taxes
Customers are responsible for applicable sales taxes per local law.
Tariffs & Duties
Certain lighting products manufactured in Canada are currently subject to additional U.S. import duties under Section 338, independent of USMCA status. Where applicable, these duties are assessed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the time your order clears customs and are billed separately from our invoice — they are not included in our product pricing. If you'd like to confirm whether a specific item is currently affected before ordering, contact order@lambertetfils.com.
Currently tariffs apply to all table and floor lampes, as well as some spare parts.

Order Shipping - International
Please contact us at order@lambertetfils.com and we will provide a quote for shipment in your country.
Customs fees and taxes are not included in our prices. The customer will be billed separately by UPS for these costs. Should a customer not be available to receive a package or fail to respond to UPS’ payment claims, the return freight charges will be at customer’s expense.
