Shipping - United States
We ship with UPS. Once the package has left our Montreal facility and is directed to the provided shipping address, the carrier is responsible for any delays or lost packages.
The client is responsible for paying sales taxes according to local tax laws. At present, shipments are covered under the USMCA agreement, meaning no duties or tariffs apply to eligible products.
Should tariff regulations change, we reserve the right to update our policy at any time.
Order Shipping - International
Please contact us at order@lambertetfils.com and we will provide a quote for shipment in your country.
Customs fees and taxes are not included in our prices. The customer will be billed separately by UPS for these costs. Should a customer not be available to receive a package or fail to respond to UPS’ payment claims, the return freight charges will be at customer’s expense.
