Le Bivouac – Hotel Hilton

A social lounge, craft bar, and modern bistro located in the Hilton Hotel in downtown Montreal. The space brings together dining and social areas in a contemporary setting, with a menu influenced by urban and northern flavors. It serves as a meeting point for hotel guests and the local community in the heart of the city.

In close collaboration with Atelier Zebulon Perron, our Bespoke team explored new materialities: wood and textile. Beyond the countertop-embedded fixtures and the suspension lighting itself, they created an elaborate and complex support structure that blends seamlessly into its environment.
