The person who occupies this position participates in all the stages related to the production of Lambert & Fils’ luminaire collections. The first three months, they are supported by the training team to learn all the skills required to produce high-end design objects with care and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble the luminaires according to the best manufacturing practices for high-end objects and according to the required production schedule
• Organize and prepare the necessary material in the finishing of its assembly parts
• Ensure the electrical safety of the assemblies made
• Use portable tools such as a drill and a hand polisher
• Perform quality checks to ensure production meets our high quality standards
• Perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work space
• Pack the luminaires according to the high quality standards established by Lambert & Fils

Qualifications:

• Be comfortable in a manufacturing workshop environment where the use of basic tools is part of your everyday routine
• Possess manual dexterity and a sense of detail
• Thoroughness, attention to detail
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
• Punctuality

Requirements:

• Experience in a relevant field: 1-3 years
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or apprenticeship will be an asset
• Ability to use basic tools an asset
• Knowledge of the properties of metal and other materials an asset

Type of employment:

• Full-time and permanent: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Lambert & Fils is looking for a versatile, multi-talented individual who, reporting to the Marketing Director, will manage our social media, newsletters and website updates in both French and English. This person will also contribute to graphic production, data analysis and the coordination of marketing projects.

Highly organized and autonomous, they have an eye for beauty as well as a flair for sales. From planning to publishing, they coordinate, build, measure and suggest improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media (Instagram first, plus LinkedIn and Pinterest)

• Build and maintain content calendars aligned with our collections, launches and special projects.
• Write, prepare and publish content in French and English (posts, carousels, stories, reels) and design our templates.
• Submit content for approval and incorporate feedback on schedule.
• Run Instagram and Pinterest ad campaigns with the Marketing Director: visuals, copy, launch, monitoring and adjustments.
• Manage the community day to day and monitor trends, benchmark brands and studio mentions.

Newsletters (monthly, in French and English, blending storytelling and promotion)

• Write or adapt copy and build newsletters in Mailchimp, including visuals.
• Proofread each send (links, images, mobile display, typos), get it approved and schedule it.
• Manage lists and segments, track performance and help grow the subscriber list.

Data Analysis

• Track social media, newsletter and website metrics, and keep our dashboards up to date.
• Draw clear insights from the data and propose areas for improvement.

Project Management

• Keep the marketing task list and campaign and launch timelines up to date.
• Track project progress and follow up with the right people at the right time.
• Centralize files, visuals and approved versions.

Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, communications or project coordination, ideally in design.
• Exceptional organizational skills, autonomy and strong reliability.
• A keen aesthetic eye and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Excellent writing skills in both French and English.
• Comfortable with numbers, KPIs, spreadsheets and website content management.
• Curiosity for design, craftsmanship and lighting.

Assets

• Proficiency with Shopify, Mailchimp and Meta Ads.
• Experience in a B2B environment.
• Basic video editing skills.
