Available positions
The person who occupies this position participates in all the stages related to the production of Lambert & Fils’ luminaire collections. The first three months, they are supported by the training team to learn all the skills required to produce high-end design objects with care and precision.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble the luminaires according to the best manufacturing practices for high-end objects and according to the required production schedule
- Organize and prepare the necessary material in the finishing of its assembly parts
- Ensure the electrical safety of the assemblies made
- Use portable tools such as a drill and a hand polisher
- Perform quality checks to ensure production meets our high quality standards
- Perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work space
- Pack the luminaires according to the high quality standards established by Lambert & Fils
Qualifications:
- Be comfortable in a manufacturing workshop environment where the use of basic tools is part of your everyday routine
- Possess manual dexterity and a sense of detail
- Thoroughness, attention to detail
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Punctuality
Requirements:
- Experience in a relevant field: 1-3 years
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or apprenticeship will be an asset
- Ability to use basic tools an asset
- Knowledge of the properties of metal and other materials an asset
Type of employment:
- Full-time and permanent: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Lambert & Fils is looking for an analytical, curious, and continuous improvement-minded individual to join our team. This role will play a key part in evolving our finance function, developing our manufacturing costing model, and supporting the implementation of our new ERP system.
We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding how things are made, challenging existing processes, and transforming data into meaningful business insights.
Role
Reporting to the General Manager, this person will support teams in improving financial and manufacturing processes, lead the finance-related aspects of our ERP implementation, and develop the tools needed to better understand our business performance and profitability.
Working closely with our Accounting Technician, external accounting firm, and the Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Leadership teams, this role will help shape the next phase of Lambert & Fils' growth.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Performance Management
- Produce and analyze monthly financial KPIs with the leadership team.
- Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Perform profitability, margin, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with the Accounting Technician and external accounting firm to ensure the accuracy of financial information and monthly reconciliations.
Product Costing
- Develop and maintain a manufacturing costing model that reflects our production reality.
- Analyze manufacturing, labour, and raw material costs.
- Identify variances between standard and actual costs.
- Partner with the production team to improve product profitability.
- Continuously improve costing methodologies and processes.
ERP & Process Improvement
- Act as the internal lead for the finance component of our ERP implementation.
- Collaborate with external implementation partners and internal teams to define business processes.
- Participate in the configuration, testing, and deployment of financial and manufacturing workflows.
- Ensure the integrity of financial and operational data within the ERP.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial, manufacturing, and administrative processes.
Analysis & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Leadership to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational processes.
- Participate in strategic projects across the organization.
- Develop a deep understanding of our manufacturing operations and business model.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in finance or accounting within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing costing principles.
- Experience working with an ERP system; participation in an ERP implementation is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Curious by nature, with a strong interest in process improvement.
- Able to communicate financial information clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- CPA designation (an asset, not required).
- Experience leading an ERP implementation or another major business transformation project.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
