Available Openings

The person who occupies this position participates in all the stages related to the production of Lambert & Fils’ luminaire collections. The first three months, they are supported by the training team to learn all the skills required to produce high-end design objects with care and precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble the luminaires according to the best manufacturing practices for high-end objects and according to the required production schedule
  • Organize and prepare the necessary material in the finishing of its assembly parts
  • Ensure the electrical safety of the assemblies made
  • Use portable tools such as a drill and a hand polisher
  • Perform quality checks to ensure production meets our high quality standards
  • Perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work space
  • Pack the luminaires according to the high quality standards established by Lambert & Fils

Qualifications:

  • Be comfortable in a manufacturing workshop environment where the use of basic tools is part of your everyday routine
  • Possess manual dexterity and a sense of detail
  • Thoroughness, attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Punctuality

Requirements:

  • Experience in a relevant field: 1-3 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or apprenticeship will be an asset
  • Ability to use basic tools an asset
  • Knowledge of the properties of metal and other materials an asset

Type of employment:

  • Full-time and permanent: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The sales operations coordinator supports the sales team by ensuring efficient administrative, logistical, and operational management of the sales team. They are responsible for managing quotes, orders, CRM systems, and after-sales follow-up. As a key support to the team, they ensure the
smooth flow of sales processes and contribute to optimizing commercial performance while maintaining close communication with various internal departments.

Main Responsibilities:

Operational and Administrative Support:

  • Assist the sales team in managing the daily sales operations and administrative tasks related to sales.
  • Create customer quotes and enter orders into the ERP and CRM systems, ensuring the accuracy of information.
  • Manage direct orders (e-commerce or via partners) and oversee their processing from start to finish, coordinating with production and logistics.
  • Monitor customer payments, coordinate necessary adjustments (order modifications, additions, etc.), and handle returns or complaints in collaboration with the relevant departments.

System and Tool Management:

  • Maintain and update the CRM system by recording customer data, business opportunities, and follow-up activities.
  • Manage email inboxes, respond to customer inquiries, and provide quick, professional service.
  • Coordinate the management of product samples, from request to distribution, and keep the sample inventory up to date.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of internal tools used by the sales team and make recommendations for their improvement.

Sales Team Support:

  • Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospect management, and tracking business opportunities.
  • Oversee and optimize internal sales processes by facilitating communication and collaboration between departments (production, logistics, finance).
  • Prepare and manage commercial documentation, including contracts, warranties, customer surveys, and other tools necessary for sales activity.
  • Set up sales performance reports, in collaboration with sales management, to monitor key indicators and objectives.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative and commercial processes to increase efficiency and smoothness in sales.
  • Recommend actions or tools to improve order management, after-sales service, and customer experience.
  • Participate in optimizing sample inventory management and updating sales materials for the sales team.

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Experience in internal sales management in a B2B or complex sales environment.
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent judgment and the ability to manage priorities flexibly, responding effectively to emergencies while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English to interact with internal teams and customers.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, ERP) and the ability to learn new software.
  • Analytical skills to optimize sales processes and track performance.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order and document management.
  • Customer-oriented, with the ability to quickly resolve problems and maintain high-quality relationships.
  • Autonomy and initiative in managing daily tasks.
