Available Openings

The person who occupies this position participates in all the stages related to the production of Lambert & Fils’ luminaire collections. The first three months, they are supported by the training team to learn all the skills required to produce high-end design objects with care and precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble the luminaires according to the best manufacturing practices for high-end objects and according to the required production schedule
  • Organize and prepare the necessary material in the finishing of its assembly parts
  • Ensure the electrical safety of the assemblies made
  • Use portable tools such as a drill and a hand polisher
  • Perform quality checks to ensure production meets our high quality standards
  • Perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work space
  • Pack the luminaires according to the high quality standards established by Lambert & Fils

Qualifications:

  • Be comfortable in a manufacturing workshop environment where the use of basic tools is part of your everyday routine
  • Possess manual dexterity and a sense of detail
  • Thoroughness, attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Punctuality

Requirements:

  • Experience in a relevant field: 1-3 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or apprenticeship will be an asset
  • Ability to use basic tools an asset
  • Knowledge of the properties of metal and other materials an asset

Type of employment:

  • Full-time and permanent: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a strategic and pragmatic Finance Director to oversee all financial aspects of our company. This individual will be responsible for financial management, strategic planning, and supporting teams with relevant financial analyses.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise accounting operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Manage the year-end close process and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow.
  • Develop and maintain the annual budget.
  • Analyze budget variances and propose corrective actions.
  • Provide financial advice for strategic decisions.
  • Develop strategies to increase margins and profitability.
  • Conduct financial analyses and forecasting.

Operations:

  • Collaborate with departments to improve processes and reduce costs.
  • Lead the deployment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within departments.
  • Drive the transition to LEAN methodologies to optimize operations and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Execute the strategic plan by aligning financial initiatives with company goals.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee risk management and insurance coverage.
  • Support teams with detailed financial and business analyses.

Leadership:

  • Mentor and lead the finance team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the company.
  • Inspire and motivate teams to achieve financial and operational objectives.
  • Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in the executive committee and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Resourceful and curious about new projects, comfortable in an SME environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector ++
  • ERP knowledge ++

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to develop business opportunities in our markets, with a strong focus on B2B relationships. This person will identify potential new accounts, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and play a key role in aligning sales efforts with the company’s overall strategic plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business opportunities in target markets.
  • Manage all sales activities, including prospecting, client presentations, trade shows, and other commercial events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to define effective commercial strategies and position the company in the market.
  • Ensure the accuracy of quotes and invoices in partnership with the internal sales manager.
  • Follow up on quotes diligently to maximize their conversion into orders.
  • Stay informed about international design market trends through active industry participation and continuous research.
  • Assess sales material needs (catalogs, samples, etc.) based on partner requests and communicate these to the team to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with natural ease in representation and presentations;
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment;
  • Availability for regular travel within the assigned territory;
  • Firm knowledge of the international design market and its sales networks;
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory);
  • Valid passport
  • Asset: Experience in a related field (applications from diverse backgrounds are encouraged)
