GENERAL

Handle the light fixture using the provided nitrile gloves. When dealing with raw brass, polished, mirror or tumbled aluminum surfaces,
refrain from touching flat surfaces directly, even with gloves on. Manipulate fixtures by holding their edges.

GLASS TUBE – ISLE COLLECTION

Use a microfiber cloth for glasses or mirrors lightly dampened with water. Then use a dry microfiber cloth to remove any excess water. The glass is coated with a protective oil, so avoid using abrasive products and cloths.

GLOSSY PAINT

Use a dry microfiber cloth for glasses or mirrors lightly dampened with water. Avoid applying pressure, as the paint is prone to scratching.

graphite

Refrain from using abrasive products, as graphite is equipped with a protective layer to deter brass oxidation. Instead, opt for a slightly damp microfiber cloth devoid of acetone. 75% alcohol will ensure optimal cleaning.

LAMINATED GLASS – SAINTE COLLECTION

Use a microfiber cloth for glasses or mirrors lightly dampened with water. Then use a dry microfiber cloth to remove any excess water. Take care to clean surfaces starting from the center and moving outwards to prevent damaging the laminated glass.

LENS

Use a microfiber cloth lightly dampened with water or an all-purpose acetone-free cleaner. 75% alcohol will ensure optimal cleaning.

MARBLE – ISLE COLLECTION

Use a microfiber cloth lightly dampened with water or an all-purpose acetone-free cleaner. Avoid any product containing abrasives, as marble has a protective sealer to enhance its color.

MATT PAINT

Use a microfiber cloth lightly dampened with water or an all-purpose acetone-free cleaner. 75% alcohol will ensure optimal cleaning.

POLISHED / MIRROR / TUMBLED ALUMINIUM

These finishes feature a protective ceramic coating that facilitates the cleaning of stains (e.g., fingerprints). Utilize a dry microfiber cloth for glasses or mirrors to preserve this protection and prevent scratches.

Raw Brass

Light fixtures containing raw brass components will naturally develop a patina over time. Should you desire to revive the original look of your brass, follow these instructions for the supplied polishing cream (Collinite No. 850 Metal Wax):

1.  Ensure the product is well shaken before use.

2. Apply a small quantity of cream onto a chamois or cotton cloth.

3. Gently rub the tarnished brass surface following the direction of

the part’s polish. Repeat as necessary for enhanced luster.

TEXTURED PAINT

Avoid rags that may tear or leave lint due to the texture of the paint. Opt for a lightly dampened cloth with water or any all-purpose
acetone-free cleaner. 75% alcohol will ensure optimal cleaning.
