Assemblers participate in all aspects related to the production of our lamps. During the first three months, the employee will be under the apprenticeship of our training manager. After three months he/she will graduate to assembler and can eventually ascend to a position of senior assembler.

The person in this position works closely with senior management and their team to ensure rigorous financial and accounting services in alignment with the strategic planning of the company. They plan, organize, control and evaluate financial operations, with the goal of growing the business in a multi-company and multi-currency context, develop and implement procedures and performance standards and prepare various financial reports for senior management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Put in place rigorous financial practices aimed at ensuring the compliance and integrity of accounting information;
  • Compile and analyze the financial information with constant follow-up with senior management;
  • Coordinate and participate in carrying out monthly closings and all related tasks (cash, prepaid, regularizations, fixed assets, taxes, levies, etc.);
  • Supervise and develop the accounting team;
  • Finalize financial statements of the parent company and its subsidiaries;
  • Participate in cash management and foreign exchange transactions;
  • Perform monthly monitoring of capital projects;
  • Ensure the proper application of sales taxes;
  • Provide the necessary information for financial files with institutional partners;
  • Actively participate in the preparation of year-end verification;
  • Carry out all other related tasks required by management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Baccalaureate;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role;
  • Experience in an accounting firm (asset);
  • Experience in personnel supervision (asset);

Reporting to the Sales Director, the person occupying this position provides administrative support to business development by ensuring the proper management of orders and customer requests.

Main responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests as soon as possible, assist them in their choice of product (sometimes by phone but mostly by email)
  • Prepare quotes and invoices
  • Actively monitor their submissions to ensure the greatest possible potential for converting submissions to orders
  • Document the technical information to be communicated to the workshop
  • Coordinate the sending of sales material (catalog, samples, etc.) to various business partners and prescribing customers based on requests from sales development
  • Post-sale customer service

Education / Experience / Knowledge:

  • College diploma
  • Years of experience in a relevant role: 2-3
  • Mastery of the Office suite
  • ++ Knowledge of design industry in particular that of lighting

The person occupying this position is the catalyst for the development and implementation of the Lambert & Fils sales plan.

Main responsibilities:

  • Mobilize the sales team in view of achieving targeted results. To achieve this, establish good relations with the team by promoting a sense of belonging and a culture of autonomy, empowering the team with regard to the set objectives and offering all the support the team needs to achieve its goals.
  • Monitor the company’s marketing and business development plan by organizing a high-performance sales team, both internally and externally (agents), in all territories, as well as setting up or updating sales policies, organizational procedures and materials and planning and carrying out the various actions necessary in achieving the strategic objectives that the company has set itself.
  • Periodically evaluate the sales plan’s progression and the achievement of results by establishing and monitoring performance measures and dashboards that are integrated into the strategic plan in order to provide general management with a good understanding of the company’s business situation.
  • Assess the business climate, challenges, strategic needs and pain points of current and potential customers. Establish active and detailed monitoring of the market, trends and competitive positioning of products and perform market segmentation, targeting and positioning of each product within the sales network.
  • In collaboration with the management team, determine strategies, tools, and industry events needed to promote the company brand and products.
  • Initiate and maintain good business relationships with clients by accompanying the team on occasional meetings with clients.

  • University degree in business administration or any other training deemed relevant.
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in a related field (minimum of 2 years managing a team).

The person occupying this position maintains a positive relationship with their B2B customers (specifiers, distributors, resellers) and seeks prospective accounts in their target market. They execute the market development plan in their territory and share customer feedback to the internal team to ensure proper alignment with the company’s strategic plan.

  • Initiate and maintain good business relationships with customers. Listen to their needs and requests, responding to requests for information and providing impeccable service.
  • Develop prospective accounts, using the business strategy and positioning of the company.
  • Manage all sales activity within the territory (customer presentations and others).
  • Ensure accuracy of quotes and actively track quotes to maximize quote-to-order conversion.
  • Maintain and update internal project monitoring tools.
  • Assess the need for sales material (catalogue, samples, etc.) in keeping with both the market’s requirements and the company’s internal roadmap.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the design market with active participation in industry activities and constant research of what is happening in the international design market.
