Reporting to the Sales team manager, the person occupying this position provides administrative support to business development by ensuring the proper management of orders and customer requests.

Main responsibilities:
• Respond as soon as possible to any customer requests, assist them in their choice of product (sometimes by phone but mostly by email)
• Prepare quotes and invoices
• Actively monitor their submissions to ensure the greatest possible potential for converting submissions to orders
• Document the technical information to be communicated to the workshop
• Coordinate the sending of sales material (catalog, samples, etc.) to various business partners and prescribing customers based on requests from sales development
• Post-sale customer service

Education / Experience / Knowledge:
• College diploma
• Years of experience in a relevant role: 2-3
• Mastery of the Office suite
• ++ Knowledge of design industry in particular that of lighting

The person in this position works closely with senior management and their team to ensure rigorous financial and accounting services in alignment with the strategic planning of the company. They plan, organize, control and evaluate financial operations, with the goal of growing the business in a multi-company and multi-currency context, develop and implement procedures and performance standards and prepare various financial reports for senior management.


  • Put in place rigorous financial practices aimed at ensuring the compliance and integrity of accounting information;
  • Compile and analyze the financial information with constant follow-up with senior management;
  • Coordinate and participate in carrying out monthly closings and all related tasks (cash, prepaid, regularizations, fixed assets, taxes, levies, etc.);
  • Supervise and develop the accounting team;
  • Finalize financial statements of the parent company and its subsidiaries;
  • Participate in cash management and foreign exchange transactions;
  • Perform monthly monitoring of capital projects;
  • Ensure the proper application of sales taxes;
  • Provide the necessary information for financial files with institutional partners;

Assemblers participate in all aspects related to the production of our lamps. During the first three months, the employee will be under the apprenticeship of our training manager. After three months he/she will graduate to assembler and can eventually ascend to a position of senior assembler.

Reporting to our procurement manager, the person will be responsible for managing the receptions, shipments and storage of production equipment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Receipt and storage of stock.
  • Organization and storage of space.
  • Follow-ups with suppliers.
  • Calls for shipments and pick-ups of boxes/pallets.
  • Production support in some pre-production tasks.
